REBECCA CRIBBIN – Director of Cribbin Blencowe Pty Ltd and Licensed Real Estate Agent

Rebecca Cribbin studied at University of Technology Sydney and achieved a Bachelor of Business in Marketing and Management. For the next 15 years Rebecca worked in Call Centres in the financial services and telecommunications industries, both in Australia and in England managing sales and customer service teams of up to 500 people. Cribbin Blencowe Estate Agents opened in October 2006 and quickly became the foremost real estate business in the highlands. This business has recently been sold and now Rebecca is focussing 100% on offering the highest quality service in holiday rentals management and bookings and working each day to ensure that Highlands Holidays and Beach and Bay Holidays are the best!

MARTIN BLENCOWE – Director of Cribbin Blencowe Pty Ltd and Licensed Real Estate Agent

Martin's career in Real Estate started when he opened Cribbin Blencowe Estate Agents in October 2006. The Southern Highlands based business was a huge success in residential and commercial sales, property management and holiday rental accommodation. In late 2013 both Martin and his wife Rebecca decided to focus their attention on the Holiday Accommodation side of their portfolio and now have a very successful operation in the Southern Highlands called Highlands Holidays. In July 2014 they purchased a holiday portfolio on the South Coast and opened a new office in Culburra Beach. Beach and Bay Holidays offers a wide selection of holiday properties in and around the Jervis Bay area.
 

ROBYN POWELL – Team Leader South Coast, Licensed Real Estate Agent, Justice of the Peace

Robyn’s connection with Culburra Beach dates back to her great grandfather who was a land holder in Culburra Beach. One of our streets, Farrant Avenue is named after him. After many years of holidaying in Culburra Beach, Robyn and her family settled here in 2002. Before making the sea change to Culburra Beach, Robyn worked in the finance industry and child care. In 2003 Robyn gained her real estate license and has been working in real estate for the duration of 12 years. Robyn is a valued member of the team at Beach and Bay Holidays and has a very thorough understanding of the needs of our holiday rental owners and guests of which she strives to provide a service of excellence.

 

JANE RUTHERFORD –Team Leader Southern Highlands, Licensed Real Estate Agent

Jane began her career in Advertising and Marketing gaining valuable experience in large multi-national agencies and topped the State in her Diploma of Advertising. A complete tree change then saw her purchase an historic homestead on 900 acres in Western Victoria and set up a thriving Farm stay business from scratch. This successful accommodation business was sold as an ongoing business entity. A move to the Blue Mountains saw her set up her own Holiday Let Management Business, managing properties for Sydney based owners as well as her own. Since moving to the Southern Highlands Jane has attained her Real Estate Agents License and worked in numerous Real Estate Offices in various property management and sales support roles. She now brings all this knowledge and experience to Highlands Holidays and has built the business from zero to 50 properties with her un-matched expertise. She is enthusiastic and dedicated and looks forward to providing a fantastic “holiday” experience to both owners and guests alike.

 

JENNEFER SANT – Guest Services for Highlands Holidays & Beach and Bay Holidays

Jennefer Sant joined our Highlands Holidays team as a trainee in January 2013. Jennefer born and bred in Bundanoon brings great energy and enthusiasm along with her youth to our team. Jennefer is learning about all aspects of the holiday rental business and is currently completing her Real Estate License through a traineeship with the Real Estate Institute of NSW. Jennefer is specialising in bookings, she works to maximise the number of bookings per property and on the entire guest experience – making sure that guests are thrilled with both the property and the service they receive from Highlands Holidays and Beach and Bay Holidays

 

TATUM LANDER – Administrator for Highlands Holidays & Beach and Bay Holidays

Tatum is the newest member of our growing team, joining our team in March 2014. Tatum comes to us with a year worth of accounting experience, a passion for numbers and amazing attention to detail. Tatum will be the administration specialist in the business. She will be responsible for processing payments, credit cards, invoices and generally making sure that all the money is in the right place at the right time.
